Opened on April 19th 2011, Billy's restaurant began with the simple notion that Potsdam needed a better sandwich option! Not satisfied with the current choices, we set out to offer something different, something special. We start by using only premium ingredients in our products. From the Boar's Head Brand meat and cheese, to the fresh bread from Alteri Bakery in Watertown, NY and the Carriage House Bakery in Potsdam, NY, to the locally delivered produce we prepare fresh every day, Billy’s is committed to the art of making a great sandwich!
